About Amy

Amy is a multifaceted creative, producer, and consultant working at the dynamic intersection of personal and organizational well-being.

Hailing from the U.K. and working worldwide, Amy has intertwined roots in four realms:

  • Creative media production (especially music and film)

  • Health, nutrition, and cooking (particularly the exciting world of creative vegan food)

  • Integrated human and organizational development (HOD) with a focus on holistic well-being

  • Educational programs in a wide variety of settings

In the creative media realm, Amy is skilled in music composition and production, documentary filmmaking, and publishing.

In the food realm, Amy has trained with chefs around the world, spent several years working with Made in Hackney (a nonprofit, London-based community cookery school), studied holistic nutrition, and developed vegan businesses.

In the HOD realm, Amy has worked closely with nonprofit organizations including Dharmalaya Institute in India and Earthville Institute in the USA, building and refining systems for fruitful collaboration while facilitating programs that promote individual and organizational well-being.

In the realm of education, Amy has worked with a diverse range of children and adults, teaching music, healthy cooking, and facilitating workshops centered on inner and outer sustainability. She has also completed Tergar International’s Meditation Teacher Training Program and is currently co-developing programs to bring the benefits of meditation to diverse audiences.
