About Mai-Linh
Mai-Linh brings her skills and sensitivity to diverse projects across the globe linked by a common thread: human connection and transformation.
Her leadership experience includes serving on the Board of Directors of the Earthville Network in the US, Jhamma Foundation in Switzerland, Ligmincha France/Switzerland (for which she is Vice President), and Dharmalaya Institute in the Indian Himalayas (which she cofounded in 2009).
Professionally, she has worked as an internal projects manager and change manager for Groupe E in Switzerland for over twenty years, including responsibility for the design and implementation of communication and human dynamics trainings.
Her passion is to support people to grow into their potential. As a facilitator and translator for Tergar International and Ligmincha, Mai-Linh has been studying and practicing meditation for decades. Living in Switzerland and doing service work internationally, she facilitates meditation programs as well as workshops in communication and soft skills development.
