Uploading Multiple Files
Please upload multiple files only if they are from the same event.
Please use a separate form for each event.
Examples:
If you have six recordings from a Five Elements Retreat, upload all 6 files using one form.
If you also have three recordings from a Dream Yoga Retreat, upload those using a separate form.
File Naming Format
Before uploading, please update filenames (on your own device) using the following format:
YYYY-MM-DD_Event Name_Location_Part X
Example:
Part 1 of a three-part recording from a Five Elements Retreat recorded on October 2, 2023:
2023-10-02_Five Elements Retreat_Serenity Ridge_Part 1
Description Box Information
Before uploading your file(s), please include the following information in the description box below:
1. Name of event (e.g. Five Elements)
2. Type of event (e.g. course, retreat, public talk)
3. Name(s) of teacher(s)
4. Name(s) of translator(s), if any
5. Date of recording in the format YYYY-MM-DD (e.g. 2023-10-31)
6. Location, including event space, city, and country (e.g. Serenity Ridge, Virginia, USA or Online)
7. Whether teaching/event was part of a longer-term series (e.g. a text that is taught over the course of several years)
8. Total number of recordings that make up the complete event (e.g. if a three-day retreat has six recordings, write 6)
9. If the event was recorded in multiple parts, indicate which part this file represents (e.g. Part 1 of 6)
10. Any other comments about the event that might be helpful or interesting to know (e.g highlights, context or anything else you would like to bring to our attention)
